Zenith Graphics is a quality driven printing company with over 60 years of experience. They specialize in the design, production and installation of decorative and functional graphics for vehicles, machines, buildings and trains.

In addition, they have been producing the official Belgian license plates since 1959. Thanks to their rich experience and expertise, Zenith Graphics is the market leader on the Belgian market and the ideal partner for all decoration and lettering projects.

PROBLEM

In 2023, Zenith Graphics decided to merge five separate entities - Zenith Automotive, OTM, WinWin Visual Communications, OTM Shop and OTM-LP - under one name: Zenith Graphics. While this was a logical step for their business strategy, the challenge arose to translate this merger in a clear, cohesive way online. The brand identity needed to be redefined so that the company could be presented as one powerful brand rather than a collection of separate parts. But how do you create a strong, unified identity for a Belgian market leader?

APPROACH

Working closely with the three company managers and other collegues, I worked as on a complete rebranding that included not only the visual aspect of the company, but also the communication, and external appearance. The goal was to create a clear and innovative corporate identity that matched Zenith Graphics' new positioning. My tasks included:

 

  • Website: I helped create and maintain the new website, in doing so I was responsible for both copywriting and design of the entire website, from landing pages to news articles and case studies.
     

  • Event coordination: I helped organize internal and external events, including the opening of a new location in the presence of the Belgian Prime Minister and trade shows such as Infopol and Busworld. I also contributed to internal company parties.
     

  • Marketing material: Design, copy and implementation of both online and offline marketing material, including brochures, advertisements and exhibition stands, matching the new brand identity.
     

  • Marketing strategy: I developed marketing plans that aligned with the company goals, focusing on brand awareness and growth.
     

  • Social media management: Managed the social media channels, maintaining consistency in tone and appearance, in line with the new communication strategy.
     

  • Internal communications: I ensured that marketing and communication needs within the organization were identified and corresponding actions were implemented, where I was responsible for copywriting, design and implementation. 

SOLUTION

The result of this collaboration was a complete transformation of Zenith Graphics' brand identity, giving the company a renewed, strong look that perfectly matches their leadership in the industry.

A small side note: I did most of this project as an employee, while the last three months I was involved as a freelancer.
